Become a Food Vendor

Vendor Fees

$100 non-refundable deposit required (payable by check)


Event organizers retain 10% of the total for all vendor sales.  Initial deposit of $100 covers 10% of vendor sales up to $1,000.  If vendor sells over $1,000, vendor will be assessed an additional 10% event fee on the total sales over $1,000 (10% fee of $100 on vendor sales up to $1,000 is paid at time of registration).  All currency exchanged within the venue will be BBQ Bucks.  Vendors will receive BBQ Bucks from attendees and will cash them in at the end of the event.

Food vendor registration ends Friday, September 15, 2017.  All registration forms and payments must be received before this date to be eligible to participate.
